How to Get to Silivri from Istanbul
Silivri is administratively part of Istanbul, but it is not a short inner-city trip. Connections, traffic and the last bus shape the day.

By public transport
A common pattern is Metrobus towards TÜYAP followed by a 300-series IETT bus. Route 303A links Silivri with the Avcılar university area. Names, diversions and times change, so use the official IETT planner on the day.

By car
The D-100 serves the settlement corridor, while O-3/TEM connections may be faster depending on your origin. Any “distance from Istanbul” is meaningless without a starting point; our route pages state their measurement origin.
A day trip without a car
A central itinerary around the terminus, old town and seafront is realistic on foot. Rural villages, Semizkumlar and nature routes require separate local transport and return planning.
